What are Android permissions for?

When you install DFNDR on a phone with an Android 6.0 operating system (or higher), you can control which information the app can access. This is what we call permissions.

For example, in order to find your phone in case of theft or loss, you need to give permission to use the  "Location" function. In this way DFNDR will be able to give you  information about where your cell phone is.
