{"id":20426,"date":"2015-10-23T10:00:15","date_gmt":"2015-10-23T13:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.psafe.com\/blog\/?p=20426"},"modified":"2022-05-18T10:34:17","modified_gmt":"2022-05-18T13:34:17","slug":"descoberto-virus-capaz-de-danificar-circuitos-de-smartphones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psafe.com\/blog\/descoberto-virus-capaz-de-danificar-circuitos-de-smartphones\/","title":{"rendered":"Descoberto v\u00edrus capaz de danificar circuitos de smartphones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pesquisadores da New York University, nos Estados Unidos, publicaram um artigo cient\u00edfico em que anunciam ter descoberto uma t\u00e9cnica de infec\u00e7\u00e3o inovadora, capaz de danificar fisicamente os circuitos de aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos como <em>smartphones<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apelidado de &#8220;progeria digital&#8221; em refer\u00eancia \u00e0 doen\u00e7a gen\u00e9tica que provoca o envelhecimento prematuro de seres humanos, a descoberta j\u00e1 levanta suspeitas sobre as possibilidades de uso nos processos de obsolesc\u00eancia programada, em que as ind\u00fastrias desenvolvem produtos menos resistentes de maneira propositada para que possam ser rapidamente substitu\u00eddos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processo de infec\u00e7\u00e3o for\u00e7a e deteriora os circuitos do telefone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo os pesquisadores, a t\u00e9cnica consiste em for\u00e7ar o uso dos circuitos do telefone at\u00e9 que eles se deteriorem o suficiente para prejudicar o desempenho do dispositivo ou at\u00e9 mesmo danific\u00e1-lo de maneira irrevers\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apesar de o estudo dos cientistas da NYU servir de alerta, ainda n\u00e3o se tem not\u00edcia de casos em que um v\u00edrus como o da &#8220;progeria digital&#8221; tenha infectado algum aparelho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muitos acreditam que seja apenas uma quest\u00e3o de tempo at\u00e9 que a descoberta ultrapasse os limites dos laborat\u00f3rios de teste e passe a representar riscos aos usu\u00e1rios.
