Adding animated filters on Snapchat
Want to learn how to throw up a rainbow and send it to your friends? Check out a tutorial on how to apply animated filters on Snapchat!
This week a major upgrade called enough attention to users: the animated filters on Snapchat. With scary, funny and even rainbow vomiting effects, you can have fun and send much more expressive snaps to your contacts. The new feature works through facial recognition on the front camera and the resources are released with movements indicated by the app itself. Want to know how to use it?
First, you should make sure that your device has support for the application update. Because of technical limitations, not all Android devices have the function. Then check if it is updated in Google Play and ready for use.
For Snapchat’s ‘recognize your face’ feature, just open the app camera and set it to mode “selfie”. Then press and hold on a point of your face and wait for the application to recognize it.
After this process, you can check out the options of animated expressions on the bottom of the screen. You just need to slide your finger to the sides and select the filter you want to use to customize your snap.
