In fact, the University of Michigan team scanned 24,000 apps and revealed that more than 400 apps are vulnerable, with fifty-seven of them discovered to undoubtedly possess the <\/span><b>Android malware<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. With at least one of those apps receiving millions of downloads, this is a huge problem. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What\u2019s the big deal? Well, if you\u2019ve downloaded any of these apps, malware could have been installed on your phone remotely. Your personal data, like your contacts, images, and even bank account information could be stolen. Sure, it\u2019s simple to transfer docs from a phone to a laptop, but with the security issue it would also be easy for a hacker to start transferring your files, too. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What can you do?
