If you\u2019re looking for a new drawing app, you can use AutoDraw to impress your friends and family with your suddenly incredible drawing skills. Well, technically you\u2019ll be impressing them with other artists\u2019 incredible skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can use Google\u2019s AutoDraw on your Android or on your computer. The AutoDraw app can be a great way to improve online invitations, cards, or other projects. You could even use it to create a coloring book for a child, or have a child create his or her own coloring book. Ultimately, the goal of Google\u2019s AutoDraw is to make drawing more enjoyable for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to Use Google\u2019s AutoDraw<\/b><\/p>\n

Google\u2019s AutoDraw<\/span><\/a> is, essentially, a form of \u201cautocorrect\u201d for your drawings. It uses intelligent software that analyzes what you are trying to draw, and then suggests a \u201ccorrection.\u201d This correction is an improved version of the image you\u2019re trying to draw, courtesy of talented artists. For example, if you are trying to draw a bicycle, Google\u2019s intelligent software will understand that, and allow you to replace your image with a bicycle drawn by an artist.<\/span><\/p>\n

This tool makes drawing and doodling much more efficient. You\u2019ll no longer have to spend 20 minutes trying to draw the perfect car or tree. Instead, you can simply replace your poorly-drawn image with a better-looking version instantly. However, if you want to, you can also use AutoDraw to draw imperfect images \u2014 you don\u2019t have to correct them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Artists can submit their own drawings to be featured on AutoDraw. Google plans to add many more images over time, but they currently feature hundreds of different images. Artists and users of AutoDraw alike can also request certain images to be featured.<\/span><\/p>\n

A New Take on Quick, Draw!<\/b><\/p>\n

Google\u2019s Quick, Draw! app is an intelligent drawing game. The object of the game is to have the computer guess what you\u2019re drawing before the clock runs out of time. You\u2019ll only have 20 seconds for the AI to recognize your drawing. Google\u2019s AutoDraw uses this same technology in its suggestion tool. However, there is still room for improvement with AutoDraw, as it only has hundreds of images in its database. You may draw a decent image that the AI doesn\u2019t recognize because it doesn\u2019t have the correct suggestion in the database.
