Despite the passion of these allegations, Pompliano spent less than a month with Snapchat\u2019s growth department. This is a delicate position for everyone involved, because while Pompliano\u2019s employment period was remarkably short, its brief nature could be a warning sign that something is awry with the company\u2019s practices. Although, according to Snapchat, he also did not engage with key partners and has no grounds for a valid case against the company, and \u201cno merit\u201d as the statements stand.
