YouTube's 5 Most Disliked Videos

YouTube: 5 Most Disliked Videos

Not every video is loved! Do you know the most disliked videos on YouTube right now?

Since its inception, YouTube has become a huge global network of people watching, uploading, liking, and critiquing videos from all over. But, with over a billion users (a third of the people on the Internet, and nearly one-seventh of the planet!), there are bound to be videos that are highly disliked! Let’s check out the five most disliked videos on YouTube right now:

1. Justin Bieber – Baby ft. Ludacris
Dislikes: 6.18 million

This might come as a surprise, but not everyone on YouTube is fond of the Biebs. “Baby” was released more than six years ago, making it the veteran on Bieber’s song list. Even though it has amassed an incredible number of views—more than 1.3 billion, to be exact—the song is pretty polarizing, let alone the video itself.

2. Official Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare Reveal Trailer
Dislikes: 2.34 million

It’s hard to believe a video released just this month could garner so many dislikes in such a short period of time, becoming YouTube’s second-most disliked video ever! But, gamers are a highly opinionated crowd, and this reveal trailer for the new Call of Duty game has really earned their hate!

3. Friday – Rebecca Black – Official Music Video
Dislikes: 2.08 million

When this music video was initially released, it was so unpopular it had to be taken down! But fear not, YouTube haters: another “official version” was put back on the site in 2011. Sure, the song is ridiculous, but it did earn the young Rebecca Black a certain amount of fame.

Dislikes: 2.07 million

Coming in just short of Rebecca Black’s Friday as the fourth-most disliked video on YouTube, ‹ CORTANDO O BOTÃO DO YOUTUBE › or “Cutting the YouTube Button” seems like an odd video to get so many dislikes. It’s a homemade video from Brazilian YouTube star Aruan Felix, who succeeded in breaking and cutting in half the YouTube Silver Button, which is given to YouTubers who reach 100,000 subscribers. Having only been posted in December of last year, it’s surprising this simple depiction of a young kid trying to saw an award in half, could get so many dislikes so quickly! Maybe viewers felt he was ungrateful?

Dislikes: 1.51 million

It should surprise no one that the most liked video on YouTube is also one of the most disliked. Anything as relentlessly popular as Gangnam Style is bound to have its haters, and this music video has a lot. Hey, whatever: “Oppa Gangnam Style!”
