EasilyDo: Get Everything You Need Done Ease

Digital personal assistants, like Siri, Cortana, or Amazon’s Echo, are slowly creeping into our lives and making them easier. A competitor for these services is EasilyDo, which is an app available for both Android and iOS, as well as for your Gmail, Yahoo, and Exchange accounts. So what does it do? By syncing EasilyDo with multiple accounts, such as your work Exchange account, your personal Gmail account, and your Facebook account, all of your tasks, contacts and important emails will be in one simple location.

Have an expense account that needs to be updated? EasilyDo will also find any receipts that come in via email and mark them as such. If you’re waiting for a package to be delivered, EasilyDo will also find the email related to the package, tag it, and ensure it is easy to track as it heads to its destination. All in all, this platform will ensure that you aren’t booking an appointment for work when you have a Facebook event and your kids birthday saved to your Gmail calendar.

While it’s great that EasilyDo can bring all your accounts together, the best part is its automation. If you’re leaving work, EasilyDo can automatically text your spouse that you’re headed home. Want to know as soon as someone tags you in a Facebook post? EasilyDo will notify you as soon as it happens so it doesn’t get lumped in with all your other Facebook notifications. Then there’s contact management. I’m sure your address book has duplicate entries, or people with names that are very similar. Never fear! EasilyDo will help clean that up for you!

While the free app has great features, the premium app adds additional services. For an extra $5 per month (or $60 per year), EasilyDo will allow you to merge contacts in bulk and get real-time traffic alerts so you can get home or to work faster.

No matter if you’re a business owner looking for a digital personal assistant, or just someone who is looking to make their life a little easier and a little less cluttered, EasilyDo is a great app to have on your phone.
