With the antivirus of dfndr performance it’s possible to have a full scan of all files on your phone and SD card in order to fix any security issues.
Running this scan frequently helps to keep your device safe.
The Schedule Cleaner function is designed so that you can automatically program the cleaning of your cell phone. For this:
1- Open dfndr performance select Tools at the bottom of your screen and tap on “Scheduled Cleaner”.
2- Select the frequency of cleaning reminders
3- Choose the time of cleaning reminders,
4- Choose how you want to Schedules Cleaner work:
Accelerator Internet is a feature in dfndr performance designed to optimize your internet speed by closing apps that can drain internet bandwidth while running in the background. This feature is recommended to improve your internet speed whenever your connection is slow. To activate it, follow the steps below:
1- Open dfndr performance, select Tools at the bottom of your screen.
2- Select Accelerator Internet
Downloads Cleaner allows you to remove files in your Downloads folder to free up storage on your device.
To use this feature, follow the steps below:
1- Open dfndr performance, select Tools and tap on “Downloads Cleaner”.
2- You can filter the files by date, type or size by selecting the filter button 
, or you can scroll through the Images, Videos, Documents, and Unknown File Format tabs to locate the images you want to delete.
3- Select the files that you want to remove by tapping on the small box in the top left corner of the file, then select “DELETE” at the bottom of the screen.
5- Select “Confirm” to delete the file(s).
REMINDER: Once the deletion has been confirmed, the selected files will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
The Duplicate Photos Cleaner feature in dfndr performance removes duplicate files of the same photo on your device to free up storage.
To use this function, follow the steps below:
1- Open dfndr performance , select Tools and tap on “Duplicate Photos Cleaner” feature.
2- Wait for the quick scan to search for duplicate images in your gallery.
3- Once the scan finishes, any duplicate photos will be automatically selected for you to delete. The best quality photo is kept unselected, and the duplicates are selected.
4- Select “Delete” and “Confirm” to remove the photos.
REMINDER: Once the deletion is confirmed, selected images will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
dfndr performance can be used to remove internal cache files to free up storage and optimize your device using the Advanced Cache Cleaner feature.
To activate it, follow these steps:
1- Open dfndr performance, select Tools and select “Advanced Cache Cleaner”.
2- Grant “Accessibility Permission” to the app by following the steps on screen.
3- Once permission has been granted, the scan will begin. Wait for the scan to complete.
4- You can see which apps had their cache files deleted by selecting “Junk files deleted”.
The WhatsApp Cleaner feature frees up memory and storage space on your device by deleting photos, gifs, videos and audio shared on WhatsApp.
To use this option, open dfndr performance
Select Tools at the bottom of your screen and tap on “WhatsApp Cleaner” feature.
1- You can filter the files by date, type or size by selecting the filter button .
2- Before deleting files, you can first open them in a list to verify which files you want to delete.
3- Select all files that you want to remove, then tap “DELETE”.
4- Select “Confirm” to remove them.
REMINDER: Once confirmed, all selected files will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
The Call Log Cleaner helps you to quickly remove old numbers from your call registry.
To use this feature, follow the steps below:
1- Open dfndr performance select Tools at the bottom of your screen and tap on “Call Log Cleaner”.
2- Select “Next” and grant “Phone Calls” permission by tapping “Allow“.
3- Select all the call log entries that you want to remove by selecting the box to the right of the number. When all the numbers you want to delete have been selected, tap the “Delete calls”button at the bottom of the screen.
4- Tap “Confirm” in the pop up box to delete the calls.
The Messenger Cleaner feature frees up memory and storage on your device by deleting photos, gifs, videos and audio files that are saved in your Messenger conversations.
To use this option, open dfndr performance, select Tools at the bottom of your screen and tap on “Messenger Cleaner”
1- You can filter the files by date, type or size by selecting the filter button .
2- Before deleting files, you can first open them in a list to verify which files you want to delete.
3- Select all files that you want to remove, then tap “DELETE”.
4- Select “Confirm” to remove them.
REMINDER: Once confirmed, all selected files will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
If you forgot your password to access dfndr vault, to recover or create a new one, follow the instructions below:
1 – E-mail Login: You will be prompted for the recovery PIN code (four digits) to proceed. The PIN code was sent to your email at the time of registration, look in your email for: Reset the password of the dfndr vault app.
ATTENTION: For security measures, if you created your dfndr vault account using the option “Login with email” and forgot the password or did not annotated / found the PIN code, you must use another email to be able to register again in the app and you will not have access to your saved documents with the lost account.
2 – Login with Google: The app will request authentication via Google in order to create a new password, in which case the PIN will not be necessary.
3 – Login with Facebook: the app will request authentication via Facebook in order to create a new password, in which case the PIN will not be necessary.

Yes, we store this information in order to track who we need to contact in case your email address is ever located in a subsequent data breach. Only the email address, the date you used the Identity Theft Report feature, and a token for verification is stored.
No, the Identity Theft Report search can only provide results for a single email address at a time. You cannot see other email addresses from a breach without first typing in that email address and searching for it.
While we keep the database as up-to-date as possible, it contains a subset of the data breach records from the past. There is still the possibility that your email address may have been compromised in a data breach that was never detected or reported to the public, or it may still be compromised in a future breach. It is important to check the Identity Theft Report feature regularly to ensure that your account stays secure.

Identity Theft Report is a Premium feature of dfndr security that allows you to check whether your personal email addresses have been compromised in any previous data breaches.
This report lets you know from which data breach your email address has been compromised and informs you of what action to take in order to secure your account and information.

If you want to remove a file from your vault, you have two options: delete it or unprotect it.
To delete a file:
This permanently deletes the file from your vault, and also deletes the file from your device.
To unprotect a file:
Now the file is no longer safe in your vault, but you will still have access to the file on your device.

dfndr battery shows you much battery your screen is draining – it also allows you to adjust the amount that your screen drains your battery using filters.
To control your device’s screen usage, tap on “Screen Menu” tab in the bottom right corner of the app homescreen.
Here you can find a slider to adjust the brightness of your screen. Moving it to the left will drain your battery less, by making your screen less bright.
You can also choose one of the three economy filters: low, high and extreme. Using a filter lowers the number of pixels on your device’s screen, which will improve battery performance.
To uninstall dfndr battery:
Open Settings > Select Apps > Locate dfndr battery on the list of apps and tap on it to access the app’s settings then tap “Uninstall”.
Confirm the uninstallation, and now you have successfully uninstalled the app.
Open the app and tap on the Menu in the top left corner. Select “Settings” and locate Enable Notifications.
Toggle the button to the right to enable, or to the left to disable.
dfndr battery’s optimization features help your battery last longer by closing the apps that you’re no longer using but are still running in the background consuming energy.
You can either run a Quick Optimization or a Super Optimization to start saving energy by following the steps below:
Quick Optimization:
1- Open dfndr battery.
2- Tap on the “QUICK BATTERY OPTMIZE” switch located at the home screen to close apps running in background and, it’s done!
PS. You can also add a Quick Optimization shortcut by opening the sidebar menu > Settings > Create shortcut for Quick Optimization.
Super Optimization:
1- Open dfndr battery and access the sidebar menu at the top left corner.
2- Press the FULL OPTIMIZE switch.
3- If not granted yet, allow the app all required permissions to start running the optimization.
4- Wait until app apps are closed and, you’re ready! Differently from the Quick Optimization, this one will also force stop the apps open in the background.

To keep your files and remove the dfndr vault app:
1. Remove the files from your vault by long pressing on the files you want to remove from your vault to select them.
2. Tap on the unlocked lock icon at the top of the gallery page to “unprotect” your files.
If you delete the vault app, you can still gain access to your vault gallery by reinstalling dfndr vault and logging back in.
